We knew from the get go that Chris and Katlynâs Winter 2018 wedding would be a wedding to remember after hearing and seeing the epic proposal all over social media. Â Chris orchestrated the proposal: propose to Katlyn in front of thousands on the main stage at Country Thunder Music Festival in 2017. Letâs just say these two sweethearts were the talk of the festival! Â They even incorporated this unforgettable proposal with their âSave-the-Dates.â
Katlyn, a wedding professional with years of experience, knew exactly what she envisioned for her wedding and no detail was left undone. This wedding had it all: Wood Descano Tables, lush green grounds of the Garden Pavilion, mirrors she had hung on the stone wall of the tent, and colorful pops of flowers. Her wedding was full of chic elegance.  Katlynâs gown could not have been any more perfect if it had been custom made for her.  Perfection!  Her faux fur shawl added both warmth  and a rustic element of elegance for this winter wedding.Â
The bridesmaids were dressed in crushed velvet dresses in a beautiful berry hue that stood out in a stunning contrast against the garden greens of the Garden Pavilion. Â The bouquets of pale pink roses, berry red roses, and greenery were vibrant and lovely. Â Chrisâs printed floral tie complimented the wedding design and was a stand out piece to his navy suit.Â
Chris and Katlynâs florals definitely brought the garden feel-goods. Â The arbor was adorned with stunning florals bringing a feeling of an enchanted garden ceremony. Â The crystal chandeliers in the Garden Pavilion tent were looped with eucalyptus in an elegant but organic manner, bringing the garden indoors. Â The wood tables brought the perfect touch of rustic, but it didnât end there! Â Lantern centerpieces were billowed with bold merlot and pink flowers, gold mercury votives twinkled, and custom designed table numbers, framed in mix-and-match ornate frames, provided the perfect touch of romantic chic. Â Adding a touch of sophistication, the bride selected Gold Chaivari Chairs and gold scalloped chargers for the guest tables.Â
Letâs talk about the cake! Showcased in front of a stone wall decorated with mirrors of different shapes and styles was the perfect backdrop for the swoon worthy ânakedâ cake. Â The 4-tier cake was dressed with a cascade of flowers from the top to the bottom that left you wanting to simply stare at the gorgeous confection. Â
Guests were dazzled with plated dinner service, enjoying a fresh caprese salad, followed with a delicious meal of short ribs, chicken marsala, asiago mashed potatoes, and roasted asparagus with fresh garlic and herb de provence. Â Guests toasted to the couple with table side wine service and sparkling wine. Â It was definitely a dinner to a remember!
This wedding was a night to remember for the newlyweds and all of their guests. Â We couldnât help but share all the details of this unforgettable wedding with all of you! Â We hope you enjoy Chris + Katlynâs wedding as much as we did. Â Seriously, we canât stop but relive this romantic rustic chic Wedding. Â đ
Â
Cheers!
